Vivienne is a digital financial services practitioner with over 15 years of progressive FinTech Industry experience. Over the years, she has gained expertise and leadership experience in a broad range of areas in the Fintech industry which include Strategy & Business Planning, FinTech Operations, Liquidity Management, Risk & Fraud Management and Fintech lending. In her current role as Senior Manager BankTech Commercial Partnerships at MTN Group Fintech, she is primarily responsible for operationalizing key strategic partnerships & alliances under the MTN Group BankTech function that is responsible for the Fintech lending business. In collaboration with the wider MTN Group Fintech management and their teams, she is responsible for determining expedient ways to drive the lending business growth and contribute to the group BankTech overall strategic goals, achieving profitable growth, and continuously improving efficiency.   In her previous role as Senior Manager Corporate Performance Management, she was primarily responsible for Strategy Development, Planning & Corporate Performance Management for MTN Mobile Money Uganda. Vivienne is a member representative on the Board of Trustees of MTN Uganda Provident Fund and a member of the Digital Frontiers Association Uganda, an association of digital finance professionals with a vision to significantly influence policy and innovations that foster better financial inclusion practices.
