Elizabeth Namaganda is a seasoned Brand Strategist, marketing and communications leader with over 15 years of experience in marketing and research across media, agency and financial-services sectors in Uganda. In her role as Head Marketing & Communications at Pride Bank Limited, Elizabeth has led the bank’s rebrand evolution from Microfinance into a digitally enabled, customer-centric, tier 2 financial Institution-Pride Bank, while combining strategic brand stewardship with strong community engagement and digital-first marketing practices. Before joining Pride Bank, Elizabeth served at Head Marketing at Nation Media Group (NMG-Uganda) and Monitor Publications, where she led brand campaigns, stakeholder engagement and audience insight initiatives. Her career combines hands-on media marketing with a deep focus on financial inclusion, community storytelling and digital engagements. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University, California, a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute (UMI), a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from UMI, a BSc in Office & Information Management from Makerere University Business School (MUBS), a diploma in Censydiam models from Belgium and many more other leadership courses.
