Andrew Wilobo is a digital development professional with over a decade of experience advancing financial inclusion, digital transformation, and youth employment across Uganda. He currently serves as Lead, Technology Solutions at Mastercard Foundation, where he drives the integration of digital technology to scale digital solutions for inclusive education, Agriculture, financial, and labor systems creating pathways for young people to access dignified & Fulfillment work in the digital economy. Previously, Andrew served as Program Partner Digital Economy, supporting the design and implementation of national-scale partnerships that strengthened digital agriculture, entrepreneurship, and policy ecosystems. Before joining the Foundation, he led agribusiness digitization initiatives at Hamwe East Africa Limited, and earlier contributed to digital financial inclusion & digital agriculture projects with DanChurchAid, Uganda Telecom, and Exquisite Solutions. Andrew’s expertise spans program design and management, digital systems strengthening, and ecosystem partnerships anchored in a commitment to leveraging technology for inclusive growth and sustainable job creation.
