Doreen Lukandwa is the Head of Marketing and Customer Success at Beyonic, where she drives strategic partnership engagement strategies, new market research, entry positioning, customer satisfaction and capacity building. She has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services sector in Africa, doing channel, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, last-mile delivery and management. As part of the team that launched MTN Mobile Money and led launch of related projects in Uganda, Doreen has a deep understanding of the processes and challenges related to launching DFS products. She has worked with Fintech start-ups such as EzeeMoney Limited where she led Sales, Marketing & Customer service departments. Over her DFS career she has also coordinated marketing campaigns and community out-reach campaigns, developed and reviewed key DFS processes and engagement materials for internal and external partners.
