#DiFiExpo – DIGITAL AND FINANCIAL EXPO Featuring Digital Impact Awards Africa #DIAA2017 will celebrate brands that have effectively embraced digital in promoting financial inclusion. Some of the awards categories are are;

Best Financial Inclusion Product: Eligible for consumer end products such as for mobile insurance, credit and savings in addition to payments/remittances that has deployed digital tools to have far reach and impact to the unbanked or underbanked customers.
Best Online Banking: Eligible for products delivering internet banking, e-banking or virtual banking enabling customers of a bank or other financial institution to conduct a range of financial transactions through the financial institution’s website.
Best Mobile Banking: Eligible for a service provided by a bank or other financial institution that allows its customers to conduct financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet over USSD/SMS or mobile app.
Best Digital Embrace by Microfinance/Credit Institution: Eligible for Tier 2 and Tier 3 Microfinance/Credit Institution. They should be effectively embracing digital (Web, mobile) financial services.

Nomination submissions are open from 22/May/2017 and will close by 30/JUNE/2017.
