Digital Impact Awards Africa (DIAA) has commissioned the mobile phone ranking survey. This survey focuses on mobile phone needs, features, cost, and brands. Basing on the user feedback the survey will discover market trends in the mobile phones sector and deliver informative insights to organisations as input to their market research. These organisations will be able to use this information in their efforts to improve their consumer devices and services in order to be more competitive.
